After undertaking my training contract at Archers Law in 2007 and qualifying as a solicitor in 2009, I now specialise in family law, with particular expertise in divorce, financial matters, separation, children matters and domestic violence.
I have recently obtained my Law Society Family Law Advanced Accreditation. This means that I have shown to the satisfaction of the Law Society, that I have a high level of knowledge, and experience in two selected specialist areas of family law. My selected areas are Financial and Children Matters.
I have a keen interest in children matters and have been successful in obtaining a fair outcome for clients in many difficult situations. I advise on private children matters such as residence and contact, as well as leave to remove from the jurisdiction.
I am committed to providing clear advice to clients, helping them to achieve the best possible outcome ideally, by negotiation, but if the need arises, through the court process.
Dealing with a range of clients, I enjoy being able to provide support and guidance to them at what can be difficult times.
As a member of Resolution, I am committed to offering a non confrontational approach to family problems. Resolution’s members are family lawyers committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes.
