Double Associate Solicitor Promotions.


Following a period of growth at Archers Law, we are delighted to announce more good news. Both Laura Dale and Oliver Hebdon have been promoted to Associate Solicitors in the Commercial Property and Corporate and Commercial teams respectively.


Laura joined Archers Law’s Commercial Property team in September 2017, having spent her early career at two Teesside firms. Laura advises a diverse range of clients from individual investors and occupiers to private companies and charities on all aspects of commercial property work. In her role, she routinely deals with landlord and tenant matters and provides support to the Corporate and Commercial team on property aspects of company acquisitions and disposals.


Laura has significant experience in dealing with sales and acquisitions of commercial and agricultural property, acting for bank and borrower in acquisitions involving secured lending and dealing with pension scheme transfers.


Laura’s promotion comes at a busy time for the Commercial Property team, with a growing number of clients, the team are looking for new solicitors to join at varying levels.


Oliver joined the Corporate and Commercial team at Archers Law in July 2019 and has advised on several multi-million pound corporate acquisitions and disposals since joining the firm.


During this period he has worked closely with successful local, national and international organisations across a variety of industry and professional service sectors. Oliver has also provided advice on corporate restructures, joint venture and shareholder arrangements as well as general company law and corporate governance.
